Working one-on-one with you, Drago, MD will craft a diet and meal plan that focuses on your individual needs, health and other variables that are presented in the counseling session. After establishing your goals and current state of health, Drago will help you to create a checklist that will make planning out your meals that much simpler. This checklist will include which types of foods to include in each meal every day, to ensure a healthy and balanced diet is maintained throughout the week.
