Coaching Services

Paul Drago, MD has always sworn by the statement that an effective health and wellness routine requires equivalent focus on fitness training and nutrition.  In fact, he’d even go as far as to say that a focus on nutrition is even more important!  As a Health and Wellness Coach, Drago is happy to offer a full suite of coaching services that help his clients truly change their lives — just by making some simple adjustments and alterations to their diets!

Nutrition Counseling

Achieving your health and fitness goals can feel sort of directionless, at the very start.  After decades of treating and coaching thousands of people, Paul Drago, MD knows that all too well. 

Luckily, he also knows the solution!  And that is to start with introducing a nutritionally balanced diet into one’s life.  But although that may be the solution for many people, it can be easier said than done to create that effective and healthy dietary plan.  Luckily, Drago, MD is available to offer Nutrition Counseling services on a one-on-one basis!

Available by appointment only, Paul Drago, MD provides Nutrition Counseling services via video call.  Working one-on-one with you, Drago, MD will craft a diet and meal plan that focuses on your individual needs, health and other variables that are presented in the counseling session.  After establishing your goals and current state of health, Drago will help you to create a checklist that will make planning out your meals that much simpler.  This checklist will include which types of foods to include in each meal every day, to ensure a healthy and balanced diet is maintained throughout the week.
