Outside of his professional work, Paul Drago, MD volunteers with numerous charities and nonprofit organizations, including Operation Smile.

Active Volunteer

Passionate about helping others in any way that he can, Drago is proud to be able to offer his medical expertise and experience to benefit nonprofit projects around the world.  He has also participated in numerous mission trips through his church.  Locally, Drago, MD often volunteers at and supports nearby soup kitchens which benefit hungry individuals and families in need in his community.  As a fierce advocate for the importance of nutrition in any person’s health and wellness, Drago appreciates the value of soup kitchens and food pantries on a level that is both personal and professional.

Mission Trips

Paul Drago, MD has embarked on numerous mission trips throughout the course of his life in the church.  Church life has always been important to Drago and he is proud to be able to introduce other people to the healing and loving power of the Lord.  On each mission trip, Drago is able to provide a unique set of skills to the table, being that he is a full-time ENT and Otolaryngology Specialist and Health and Wellness Coach in his day-to-day life. 

So far, Paul Drago, MD has committed to and completed mission trips across the country, as well as to the Dominican Republic.  His most recent mission trip was with the international nonprofit organization and global health charity, Operation Smile.

Operation Smile

Since 1982, Operation Smile has been providing cleft lip and palate repair surgeries to children in need, worldwide.  In the 40 years since its inception, the nonprofit has changed the lives of more than 220,000 children and adults who were born with facial deformities, such as cleft lip.  Operation Smile is made possible by medical professionals and doctors like Paul Drago, MD, who volunteer their professional skills and services on mission trips around the world.
